If you wish to enter into an agreement with DVI for the provision of services, advice, or products, processing may occur because it is necessary to fulfill the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) or because DVI has a legitimate interest in processing information about you (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), as we need to contact you as a customer in connection with delivery.

Furthermore, DVI may process information about you as stated in accounting records due to our legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c).

When you contact DVI via email or similar means, processing may occur based on our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f). To respond to your inquiry, we need to record your contact information.

If you wish to enter into an agreement (contract) with DVI for the provision of a service, product, or service, we will retain your information (name, address, email, telephone number, possibly CVR number) for up to 5 years after the end of the customer relationship, in accordance with legal requirements for the retention of accounting records (Bookkeeping Act, LBK no. 648 of 15/06/2006, Chapter 5).


Furthermore, DVI will retain your contact information (name, address, email, telephone number) for up to 1 year after the end of the customer relationship for potential follow-up on the service provided.
